If you want to spend your time with those over 65 (at minimum), then Ken’s is for you. The place is a throw-back to the old steakhouses of the 50’s and I’m not sure that the place has been updated since then. The only thing worth ordering here is the dressing - which is quite good. Other than that, stay away! The food is awful and as many times as I’ve tried to give Ken’s another chance, they continue to disappoint. The appetizers are often greasy, the cuts of meat are sub-par and the seafood is chewy and clearly not fresh.
I quite frankly don’t know how this place stays in business with the exception of the bar that appears to have a loyal client list and a fairly good jazz pianist some nights.
I cannot recommend this place to anyone unless the idea of going to Ken’s intrigues you because you like the dressing so much. There are MUCH better steak places in the Metrowest area including the Met Bar and Grill and Metro9.

i completely agree. How can a restaurant turn a simple salad into a disaster? I don’t know, but they managed. They have a “comment” card there, which we filled out in great detail. Just to give you an idea how bad we thought it was, they sent us a $50 gift certificate to give them a second try, and we gave it away!
